Wow, that's a lot of stuff to have go wrong at one. I'm sorry to hear about the repeated illnesses and house problems.
Regarding the cat peeing, that _can_ be a sign of a UTI or crystals in their urine. We're going through a second round of that with Figaro. (You've got two neutered males around, IIRC, and they're particularly prone to these problems.) In absence of evidence indicating it's something else (eg, from the location of the pee it seems one of the cats is spraying to mark territory), you may want to take them to the vet, or get a sample of the urine that's being peed all over and take that to the vet. Crystals can cause blockages, which are deadly if not caught promptly.
