After getting some weirdness in Sims 2, I uninstalled whichever was the last pack I had at the time (Pets?), so that's it for the original Final Fantasy Pleasantview neighborhood.  I reinstalled, and I got Seasons for my birthday.  Seasons RULES; I love the weather, which you'd probably expect given how much I miss weather in real life.  Stupid California.
I like the autumn skill bonus... I've yet to play anyone through to winter and spring, though.  I have a new neighborhood of the usual Final Fantasy Sims, paired off the way I want and breeding like rabbits; I hate to think how they'll act in spring, though, because they're all wildly attracted to each other.  Tifa has two bolts each for both Cloud and Barret - and Reeve - in addition to Rude; Cloud's digging Tifa and, for some reason, Celes.  (Nothing wrong with her, but they have no turn-ons that match at all...)  Celes, meanwhile, though happily married to Setzer, is digging Locke (who returns the favor >_<  manslut...) and Terra and Setzer like each other, too.  I don't intend to turn this neighborhood into a giant flaming ball of adultery like the last one, but it's awfully tempting to see how some of the children might turn out if I mixed up the pairings a bit.

Oh, and I nearly forgot - Tseng and Rufus spontaneously fell in crush the last time I played their household.  Seriously, I did nothing.  I left them throwing water balloons at each other in the back yard while I kept Rude from burning down the kitchen and made Reno bathe, and next thing I know Tseng is sweet-talking Rufus.

And then there's the Legacy.  I decided to start a pseudo-Legacy family - for those of you who don't play, it's a challenge where you try to play ten generations of a single family, with certain restrictions.  I'm not minding most of those - I like my hacks and mods, though I'm not cheating on money - and I'm using Stella Terrano, one of Maxis's pre-made college students, as my founder.  She comes with a skill point or two and a head start on grades, so she doesn't fit the rules either, but meh.  She makes perfect sense as a founder; she's breeding ten generations as part of a longitudinal study for the homeworld, or something.  It made sense in my brain.

Anyway, I was looking out for a mate for her.  I sent her on one date with a homely dormie, Craig, who liked her a lot, mostly to see how the dates worked - my last neighborhood was full of established couples and Sims who'd been friends since childhood, so I didn't need dates to hook people up.  She and Craig fell in crush.  Oops.  I decided she didn't get this earthling concept of monogamy, and sent her on a date with a cuter dormie, Ratna.  Craig threw a fit, of course.  She and Ratna hit it off, but she was still more interested in studying than in him.  And she and Craig had a passion that could not be stopped, no matter how hard I tried - and oh, I tried.  He's got awful lumpy-face.  But when they kept spontaneously attempting to kiss each other, multiple times, I gave up on cancelling the actions and let them go for it.  Ratna could hypothetically see through the glass doors to where they were making out in the cafeteria, but didn't react until they hopped under the covers, in her dorm room, with the door closed; at that point, something pinged his spider-sense and he raced into her room to slap her around and cry.

In the aftermath, Ratna kept giving off Flames of Wrath whenever he thought of her, Stella (knowledge Sim) apparently decided "now that that's taken care of I can concentrate on my term paper!" and Craig went all "I will never wash this hand again!" about his entire body and traipsed around the dorm in his underwear for so long he started giving off green stink rays.  Dormies, honestly.  I'm going to be breeding his lumpy cheekbones out of the family for generations to come.  At least he's family aspiration.

WoW babble to come later.  That was longer than I expected.

Ooh, Stella looks really good with this hair. And I have her in the bottom left dress here. She looks very elegant.

She has yet to find a boyfriend in college, but I would be really bummed if she picked a hideous townie, because she's so pretty I wouldn't want to spoil the genetics.
