I just upgraded to Firefox 4.whatever, in hopes it would stop crashing all the damn time.  Instead, I find they went and CHANGED things.  Dagnabbit Mozilla, I just want the forward, back, stop and reload buttons all in one place like they've always been!  STOP SUCKING.

According to a CS prof I know who used to be in industry, many people don't like upgrading (especially paying for an upgrade) to an operating system or other program if it doesn't _look_ new.

These people are clearly deeply disturbed individuals. Rather than catering to their strange fetish, the industry should set aside money for therapy programs.
